Introduction As written by Warsan Shire, “no one leaves home until the is mouth of a shark”. UNHCR defines forced displacement as “displaced because persecution, conflict, generalized violence or human rights violations" Objectives to study prevalence common Mental health disorders among forcibly displaced people and comparing with mental host community members. Methods The OPD BIPBS in SPH BMCH Quetta attends 800+ patients per month data both hospitals was collected for Jan-May 2022 analyzed numerate refugees. out 4120 354 refugee identified using their POR card 3776 CNIC, them. Results This states that Afghan Refugees presented services BIPBS, 47% were diagnosed MDD with/without psychosis, 19% GAD, 5% BAD, With schizophrenia, 4% PTSD, 3% migraine, conversion disorder, 2% OCD, 1% somatoform disorder 10% them other psychiatric disorders, while 21% 24% 12% 8% 7% Schizophrenia, MBD due substance misuse rest disorders. Conclusions conclusion this are more refugees than populations, result shows there big difference population, some present higher percentage rather community, lower also highlights further studies needed determine, risk protective factors within community.
